OK one more building complete another almost complete now as I venture past the half way mark I feel quite satisfied about what I have done so far... But lets hear what you have to say about it. so here is what I have done so far....

so the two new boys on the street. the alley way is now quite forboading with those two great walls over shadowing it...

this tri of terrorists seem afraid even with che watching over them

so let us look in the garage... Who's truck is that I wonder

ah maybe I should not have asked... anyway the builing is not quite done yet as is evident from the globs of glue.

the "shop" next to the hotel is now a little doctors practice where the doctor plans more that his appointments.

maps on the wall. guess where and I'll name the garage after you. well a spanish version of your name if needed

blue prints, secret plans, city layouts, sever maps. Oh he must be looking for a way to fix brocken arms...

there you go. I am over half way now. so I hope that soon I will be complete and we can see the army running through the steets ducking away from sniper fire and shooting through windows... I can smell the smoke grenades already :-D

OK so here we go post 3 not so much progress this week as most of my spare time was tacken up with painting figs but all that asside I am almost finished one side of the street then the other side needs doing a few touch ups here and there and on to the next project...more streets but there will be a church or a clock tower to provide a snipers dream position.

But before we start talking and coming up with ideas for the next project. (I intend to have you get your say in what I'll include in it) lets see what I've done this week

and across from the shop on the other side of the alley is going to be a garage

here is a novel idea. I am using the corrigated resin card used for roofing as the garage door. I'll create a workshop behind. Perhaps this will be were Karri .C. Tuf stores her truck

already I am using the board for little games. soon It'll be done and the war can commence

so there you have it a little update for a little progress. I am still looking for the NBC troops and I'll still like my viewers to give hints and help there. But for now I need a rest. I am going to start my first orders from S&S models I need to use all my spare money for this so do not expect huge buys from me in the near future. yes I am still reliant on others hand outs.

A message to all sculptors out there...

Hi now I may not be adressing any scultors with this post but never mind... you see I have had a brain wave. I have looked for some modern NBC troops and some more elite infantry, like those you get in some games but I cannot find any. so I thought why not use this blog this is an idea and I have an audiance who are into moddelling so perhaps a sculptor may see this and go..."that ain't a bad idea".

So without further adoo here is what I am looking for

OK this is also what I am looking for. Soldiers with gas maskes and armour. Look the juggernaut exists

A bunker with a mad lab inside idea contiued

Ok here we go more. You didn't comment on the first post but if you were going to it is too late now. My mind works (malfunctions) faster than a speeding speeding thing :-P

So what have I come up with.
Further dicussions have made it clear that I must get some NBC or some hight tech looking troops to guard the sewers and secret passage ways around the subterrainian bunker entrance.
Do any of you know where I could get some from?

Also people are quite keen on the robot idea ;-D though I am trying to convince my friend "mechs are too advanced for near future". But I still want your input on this. I am going to make this bunker so it would be nice for some help here in the research and investigation phase.

I am going to follow my graphics design plan

1. Do research and investigation
2. draw concept sketches
3. select a concept and dovelope it to a final design
4. draw that final design with instuments. ie. set squares, rulers, french curves.
5. This next step isn't on the graphics list but it is on my moddeling one: Make the models

So there you go my plan and how I will acheive it. Come on and give me a hepling hand. info, tips, ideas, even requests (like part of the sewer being named after you), are all very welcome

Right the second post of my project...

the ground floor of the hotel. A bit spartan but hey the owners can't afford to fix up their wall so what do you expect

As you can see I have painted the concrete areas. this is their first coat so don't be unimpressed. I will not leave them like that

Back to the hotel. Here we have the first floor corridor

And the finnal room of the hotel. The one with the hole in the wall. But what a nice painting and bed. I am sure that makes up for the hole in the wall right?

A bunker with a mad lab inside idea

I have had this idea for a while now but never really bothered to put it up here. now that changes. In light of my desire to build a sewer system I thought that a bunker that could be accessed from underground passage ways and the surface would be a neat idea.

in essance A scenario where by following on from previous ones two players go head to head one in the bunker the other coming up from the passage ways that connect to the sewers, and also attacking from the surface.

So what would be a good design?

• I could get one of my plywood bases and build a bunker on top of it
• I could combine them and have a bunker with a removable top but has areas for guns sticking out of a hill 
• or I could use papiamachet? (I cannot spell) and build up a hard outer shell for a hill and construct a bunker inside that.

I like the idea of papermachet it is easier to make but I really want a removable roof and I want those concrete gun emplacemanets. I do not want to compramise on these things.

So what goes inside?

Well does this give you any ideas...

I plan to put in a labratory. for a mad scientist. This will give me some cool scenarios...Zomibies, mutants, robots. All created by a mad man. (yes a version of me in miniature) Here is some of the things I am looking out for that might be usefull in the lab or guarding it...

This guy is availible from black cat bases. A perfect near future guard for me. I mean a mad scientist.

So there is a guard but what about a helper for those radioactive areas all bunkers with me. I mean mad scientists have...

He looks useful. both robots stand 29mm tall so they are quite realistic for the near future. Lets face it they need to be that big to fit in the computers that control them.

A little more Sci-fi but a cool scenario could be made with these fellas. lets face it look at what we have got already. these are just the i-pod 3G mark 129 :-P

So I have a cool idea and I have got some warning signs. I have found a tv remote and got its ciurcite board.

OK not the board I got but similar. I'll use mine for a super computer

So bit by bit I am already building up the nessisay stuff needed for this project.

Rockets from pens...

Right this is a crazy idea but an achievable one. I have done this before with relative success. I use the guts of a pen and make a ballistic missile.

It requires the right parts. of coarse. some pens don't have the right bits and bobs. others have loads. I'll try and make some more rockets and tell you in the process.
